If you are using AutoCAD 2015 and the A360 Desktop Sync client, then you could keep share your files on the A360 Drive site, then have access to them for both school and hope.
If you just want to use the WEB Site and not sync, take a look at A360, it's project based and supports a lot of different file types in the new LMV (Large Model Viewer).
