We are deploying Revit 2013 or 2014, but it requires the internet on install.
is there a way of stopping it requiring the internet? or pre-downloading the files its looking for and putting them somewhere?
Thenks

Hello:
Please try disconnecting the computer's network connection during install as described on the Up and Ready blog post below:
Let us know the results. Thank You.
Hi Byron
We cannot disconnect the network during the install (yes that works) becuase we are either building an image for deployment or we are using SCCM and need to be connected.
The main issue is that the accounts that its installing under cannot get out to the internet, but it can see a gateway so tries to get out.
Thanks.
Andy,
After you create your deployment edit the master xml files at \\<server>\<sharename>\<deployment>\AdminImage\Content\Revit, about the fifth line will be something like <URL>http://revit.downloads....</URL>, delete this entire line then resave the XML.
Now when you install from the deployment it should be trying to access the internet.
Thanks,
Danny
