Problem Installing 3D Max 2011

Im trying to install the student version of 3D Max 2011 and every time I try to instal it a new Error message comes up stating that a source file was not found (help.cab)..it says I have to verify that it exists... i really dont know what this file is) this also happend last time i installed 2010 over a year ago and i talked to someone at costumer support by phone but know they told me there is no phone support anymore?.. any help installing the software>

If you are installing from a DVD copy it to the local hard drive then run the setup.exe from this hard drive location. If you have a download try re-downloading or re-extracting the WinRAR archive. Also make sure background processes and system utilities are running which can step on the installer. Or files being written and read during install. You might need to reboot to Diagnostic Mode using MSCONFIG.
