I am in the need to have AutoCAD run for a Domain User only
I can't give out Power User or Administrator Priviledges
I ahve heard people talk about it being working and AutoCAD's
official stance is Power User or Admin

Can any one give me instructions on what to do to make this work
for a Domain User only

I have Successfully managed to Deploy through SMS and Use
AutoCAD2000i as a Restricted User on Windows 2000. I did
have to make some minor changes to the ACAD.msi in the IMAGE folder to
tailor the Install for our environment but
that was it. Below are the Registry Keys and Folder Permission required to
get it working as a User. This is how I got it working but as usually take a
backup of the Registry before you try anything - I don't accept
responsibility if anything should go wrong.
HKCR\CLSID\{8E75D913-3D21-11d2-85C4-080009A0C626} - Full Control to User

HKCR\AutoCAD.Drawing.15 - Full Control to User
HKCR\AutoCAD.Drawing - Full Control to User
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Autodesk - Full Control to User
