AutoCAD Architecture 2010 TOL fees

Hello, following my rather silly previous partially succesful/full of legal stuff message/reply, this question is directed to Autodesk itself or anyone who can help.I will love for your trouble.

Question> if I will get a laptop with installed AutoCad Architecture 2010 from the deceased person who bought it from Autodesk directly, HOW MUCH I WILL NEED to pay to Autodesk to work the programme for my personal fun, not for profit.

There is no disc, machine only, no documentation, there is a Will which gives me the machine.

AUTODESK, please answer, how much it will cost me to use the programe just for fun and personal entertainment?
