Not enough info: remember, we can't see your AutoCAD session so you need to be our eyes. Be descriptive, elaborate, give us something to sink our teeth into 🙂

So what is the configuration aiming for? What are you plotting to? Can you plot to that in another drawing file? In a new drawing file?
And did you try and change the plotter as the error message noted?

I completed a drawing and tried to print it.I got a pop up that said configuration could not be used. I have no idea what configuration was used. All i know is that i can print all day long when i'm not in autocad. if gave me 3 options

driver not found

driver has a problem

device cannot be found

when I hit the drop down to choose my printer, the printer that i am connected to wasn't even listed, however like i said if i print in any other program my printer is listed and it works HELPPPPPPPPPPPP

See attached .png

Your printer/s aren't listed there?

If it's not listed, AutoCAD cannot find it, so how do you expect it to work? It's listed in the other programs where is works, right? Think about it my friend 🙂

Please answer the above question from Adam: if your printer is not there start OPTIONS command (type it), go to the Print/Publish Tab then find and uncheck the box labeled HIDE SYSTEM PRINTERS and see if your problem goes away (should make your system printer reappear in the list).

Hi,

Could you post screenshots of "Devices and Printers" window (you can start it from Windows Control Panel) along with screenshot of alert message you receive when you trying to print?

Maxim

And your printer is....?
The driver installed in Windows is...? It's version? Is it a server-based driver, or installed on your PC?

Your Windows version?

AutoCAD LT version?

Add-a-plotter wizard? Page Setup manager?

If by some odd chance my nattering was useful -- that's great, glad to help. But if it actually solved your issue, then please mark my solution as accepted 🙂
