Where is vertex color map in 2021?

Im trying to use vertex colours to blend two textures, but the vertex colour map has been removed in 2021.

Are you working with Arnold? If so you need to go to Render Setup (F10), System Tab and turn on the Legacy 3ds Max Map Support.
