To render an animation unwrapped

Hi,

I have a question that is a little strange.  I'm having trouble finding a way to render an animation unwrapped.  I can create a uvw template yes.  I'm able to render an unwrapped texture but i'm unable to render an animation with additional components in this format.  Reason why I want to do this is that, I do projection mapping.  And the media servers these days are going in a direction where we can load in a 3d model of the building or object.  We will then map the building based on the 3d model.  But for animation to be played on this building, it basically needs an unwrapped video file to work.  The server will then wrap the 3d model and we can create the show.

So in summary, I need my render output to be a uvw but animated.  I hope someone can help me.

Regards,

Gerard
