Simulate glare with arnold physical sky environment.

How does one Simulate glare with arnold physical sky environment? Or is it possible? Bloom?

As you can see in the image, the sun appears in the sky, shadows render correctly. Very nice render, except there is no way to control or adjust glare effect.

There are no other lights, just environment map.

Add a Lens Effect Imager. Start with Bloom/Strength = 0.2 and adjust the Radius.
