shadow highlight baked into a turbosquid model

I purchased a model off Turbosquid. Brought it in and am resculpting some shape into the bag but there are shadows baked into the mesh. How can this be removed?

 

I'm rendering and texturing in Vray.

Can you do a screen capture of the material in Slate so we can see what's going on? Or, upload the file and I'll have a look at it.
