I'm using 2024 with Arnold 5.6.4.1 and I've opened the Room.max file from the Learning Scenes page in Arnold Help. If I use ActiveShade the Scene renders perfectly. When I try to use Production Rendering Mode, I don't merely get a black screen, it doesn't even start the Render (Rendering Time 0:00:00). Samples (minus Preview and Camera) are blanked out on the Render Setup/Arnold Renderer Rollout and Intensity/Exposure are blanked out on the Arnold Light rollout.

Anyone able to help me understand what the issue could be? Thanks in advance.

Is Arnold properly assigned to the 'Production' field in 'Assign Renderer?'

Yes, I have Arnold locked in my settings. Someone on the Arnold page reminded me to turn off the GPU rendering setting that came with the file. Works perfectly now. Thanks.
