Rendering stops

Hello, One of our client is using 3D studio Max. They said that if they do rendering, in the middle of it, it stops responding. There is no error message it just stops responding. I have attached some information that I have gathered on the user's computer. If you need more information, please advise.

Hi,

 

You could get them to try this to restrict the number of CPU cores that Max uses, so as to always keep one free:

 

#1 Open Task Manager with 3DS Max running in the background

 

Then do the following:

 

On the details TabOn the details TabFree up a CPU coreFree up a CPU core

Then start rendering as normal.
