Hello, I have been using 3DS Max 2014 and am trying the trial of version of 3DS Max 2021 out before leasing it.
I am getting a error message after I click on "Connect" in the Network Job Assignment window. I have no problem doing a regular production or ActiveShade render. I had a networking professional come to my home office to wire everything up and he says it should be working. Please let me know what I need to fix this. I'm attaching an image of the error message.

Check this Autodesk article and see if any of their suggestions help. Also, I would suggest not using Automatic Search when connecting to the Manager, but type in the actual machine name or IP address.
