normal map rendered with gamma

RTT a normal map but it keeps rendering brighter. I ve gone and disabled the gamma / lut but it still renders as such. If i take the content into a fresh file and make a new RTT it works fine. Some where along the process of adjusting the model, ( basic poly modeling technques and conform brushes) and uvw mapping the mesh The gamma gets outputted. To be clear its the actual final image that has it baked in not the profile being interpreted wrong. In both cases the info of the textures say it has no gamma profile info. I ve inclued a shot of before moving the content to a fresh file
