Is it possible to fix this UV Unwrap, if so, how?

I have couple of pillows that are one object and it needs unwrapping, is it even fixable?

That's no unwrap that's a catastrophe! 

First of all select all polygons and assign a planar sub-projection (in the modifier's menu) to reset this mess. Then look for meaningful seams e.g. where a real pillow is sewed together - break those edges (in the window's menu). Select the single elements and relax them flat (under Tools in the window's upper menu) or use QuickPeel.
