I cannot find SSS2 Mental Ray materials in 3ds Max 2016

I cannot find SSS2 Mental Ray materials in the material browser of 3ds Max 2016 but I see it applied in 3rd party 3ds max files.

It is working when I open a 3rd party 3ds max file and the rendering is cool.

I want to apply it on my characters.
