HDRI image matching problem HELP

How can I match my HDRI image scale with my scene scale? for "ANIMATION USE!" and I'm using Vray.l

 

As you can see here the scene objects not matching the HDRI....

actually its hard to evaluate your queries for the following reason

 

- you did not provide any references as a basis of your scale.

- you did not post the original or preview of the background image, we dont knoww if the background of the scene in your image is cropped already

- you did not even post how you setup your background image on the scene.

- we did know the kind of mapping you use for your hdri

Ok sorry here's everything you need:

 

-scene scale using meters.

-Object scale Highest = 8.6m length = 120m width = 60m

-HDRI image type OpneEXR 2400X1200 32bit

-Finally how did I setup the HDRI, "If you can't see the picture clearly open it in new tab with full szie."

It isn't clear what you're trying to do with the HDRI.  What kind of result are you expecting?  

 

Having the HDRI in your environment doesn't really let you scale the image.  It is mapping that image to the inside of an invisible sphere.  You can rotate, crop, and flip it, or use Ground Projection to flatten out the appearance of the bottom.  But there's no way to make it smaller or bigger, that I know of.
