Bake to Texture weird Artifacts

I am having some weird issue when baking maps using Bake to Texture. Whenever the Geo is slightly rotated I get these artifacts in baked map but when the object is aligned straight it seems to render fine. I am using VrayCompleteMap . Anyone has any Idea why this could be happening?

Could it be a 'Smoothing' issue with the geometry? Maybe try clearing the 'Smoothing Groups' and assigning it again and see if it helps.

It was not smoothing group. It was actually Vray secondary Bias. Had to change the value from 0 to 0.1.
