arnold error message and missing after 5.2 download

I had our IT department update from Arnold 5.0 to 5.2 and when I restarted the program I get an error message.  It's also missing from my material/map browser section.  Did we install this wrong?

Uninstall Maxtoa

Delete all files from the Maxtoa install folder

Install Maxtoa
