AD360 rendering problems with 3ds max

Help!

I'm trying to use AD360 for the first time in 3ds max2016 and I'm getting an error about hidden objects in my scene. I delected all unneeded objects and tried again. No luck....

any ideas?

Hi. Haven't tried out A360 yet, but I think there's one thing to try: Apply a Editable Mesh modifier on top of those 4 object that are reported "not renderable or hidden".

Hope it helps

Hi,

Those are warnings, so your model should still render. If you send a small image it should be free, and you should be able to tell if there is something amiss.

The objects that are identified, are they on a hidden layer or hidden as an object?
