3ds Max default shading issue

i have a issue in view as a default shading i'm try to change the display card and change the driver and change the operating system and change 3dsmax and the same result .. any one can help?!

I don't understand what's your problem here, Is the way the viewport displays?? Lights/ Shadows?

First, you have many options to showcase your display.

Just go to the small text menu on the top left corner of your viewport, then you can choose a different way to display your viewport. Wired, Shaded, Flat ETC.

Now all these styles will depend on what render engine you are using, IF it is V Rya then you options are limited, But most of them work fine.

just i wont to see this file like the this view as a default shading "in attached image" on this replay 

hope that can explain what the problem 🙂

i don't have more experience on Designs programs but i working as IT engineer and our users faces this problem 

hope if u can help.

Es mas facil que te vayas a la carpeta de 3d max y busques un archivo con terminacion . ini lo borres y al abrir 3d max  nuevamente se reconfigurara a fabrica y listo  . ojo que teiens que activar la casilla de ver elementos ocultos para entrar a la ruta de appdata..
