3d model gone mad when render....

Hi, Everyone,

I hope someone can help me!

I have been trying to set up an interior scene, but however I try, the lighting always seem wrong. I created a Vray dome light with HDR, (in attempt 2 I also created a vray plane light). They all seem weird. I wonder how people normally set up their natrual light in an interior render?

And, can someone please tell me what is going on with the blanket on bed, I haven't changed anything, it has gone crazy. Is this a bug, or someone I have done.

Please help!

Thank you!

Liu

I would recommend to read the help of VRay, and understand the basics of illumination, there are many tutorials online and 'making of' explaining many ways to approach similar scenes.  There is no magic button really, just a series of step and work you need to do to create a nice image.

Regarding your strange bed cover, that could be scale problem, the original scene was created at a different scale than the one you are setting up.

Also, it could be that it has a displacement shader or modifier.  You'll need to adjust the intensity or settings to make it looks correct.
