Looking for a .dat import plugin

Hi I've searched Google without any luck I'm trying to find a plugin for 3dsmax 2022 that will allow me to import. DAT files

Find an mp4 file on your computer and right-click to rename it as "1.dat". Now you need a video player to open it.

The suffix name is not important, what matters is what application created it.
