I can not open the 3dsmax file and there is a warning to restore to the factory settings. Even if I restore it, it still does not open. It stucks in the %69 upload. And it says my file is not in the program files but in a different folder in desktop. Please help me to fix my file. (Very old versions can open but my latest save as file is not opening).
