How to change 'Aelect and Place' keyboard shortcut?

Hi,

I used to use a keyboard shortcut for the 'Select and Place' command that is located in the main toolbar next to the 'scale' button, but in max 2023, I couldn't find such an option in the hotkey editor to change, any idea how to assigne?
