Trouble Installing 3Dmax

Has anyone else had issues with installing.
I have downloaded it but when it reaches the end of installation it has failed. 
I am at a loss and have no idea what to do. Any help will be appreciated.

Please disable your firewall and anti-virus programs, and re-download the software from our Virtual Agent (click on Download Links, choose product and version). Then try the installation again.
