Snap / Align Verts

I'm looking for a solution to problem I have.
I'm using the VertsAligner over at ScriptattackIt snaps selected verts to a spline but does it randomly.
I need a solution that snaps vert to vert (Each mesh has identical number of verts
Any suggestions ?
