siger studio exception error

i just don't know why this is happening I tried everything and its still not working .

Hi, if you have installed official release - please send email to support and I try fix issue via TeamViever or AnyDesk (connect to your machine). As much as I tried, of in the all supported versions of 3ds Max I can't reproduce the error.
And I didn’t get similar issues from consumers.

Oh, I see that you have installed old VMPP. VMPP is more not supported by Siger Studio (it is old product and replaced with XSMP | Max), and not compatible with 3ds Max 2022.
