ShowMaterialInViewport

I set my material to show in the viewport via script using

showTextureMap $.material on

and looking at the Material Editor this option does successfully change, however the viewport does not update. If I physically click this option with the mouse then it does show in the viewport so I am assuming I need to do a screen refresh in the MAXScript. I have tried the defaults: redrawViews and completeRedraw but nothing changes.

Any ideas here?

It appears that the issue is between oFusion Materials and not the default 3dsMax Standard Materials, even when the Standard Material is linked within an oFusion Material (see screenshot). I have sent an email to oFusion Support.
