selectByName and selectionsets

does anyone know how to have selectByName only show selectionsets?

for example what "isKindOf" is a selection set, or what class are they?

I know selectionsets are entries in the selectionsets array, is there a way of having a dialog that only displays selection sets to add or delete from a listbox?

I ended up doing this with a modal dialog instead, which is what i should have done in the beginning, that is what I get for being lazy.
