Is ADN API support dead ?

Hello,

I've submitted a case to ADN API support a week ago and it's still opened and unassigned.

Anyone knows if Autodesk still provides 3ds max API support through that page or it's been abandoned?

ADN is dead. Ask your SDK question on the Beta Board!

Thanks, although they do collect the membership 🙂

It all worked well last year so this idle time was a big surprise.

Yes that's right, but since Kevin left, some things changed there. The team might not have that many ppl anymore to trace all channels. Even on Beta it usually takes some time, to get an answer. Experienced C++ developers retire 😉
