How to fix units on the bones after fbx export/import

Hello! I first exported the bones from 3dsmax to fbx. Then I imported the animations from these fbx back onto the same skeleton. And the bones began to look weird.
Display of all sizes is about 8 times different. As if the units has changed. Tell me how not recreating the bones to return the display.
