How to dock Scene Explorer via Maxscript

Hello!

I'm putting together a maxstart file to start each Max (2016?) session with certain things set the way I prefer. One thing I'd like to always have Max open Scene Explorer docked to the left side, though I cannot find how to accomplish this.

I see ways to do so with Custion UI elements, but not with pre-existing tools/dialogs such as Scene Explorer.

Any tips on how to accomplish this?
