Honstly, I still do not understand!

there are 6 arrows in the image. which arrow shall do what an when? Why is it not possible you simply link them together (parent/child)? Why dont you add a detailed description about the task you want to solve?

maybe I couldn't explain it good the dummy has path constraint on the circle how I can drive it whit line our the dummy always should be at the intersection of the tow line collision?
