devExpress and Programming

Hello, Community!

I'm a programmer and my Boss bought a 3ds Max license for development some plugin for 3ds Max. I found the DevExpress libraries in the 3ds Max setup pack.

Question: can I use the dll-librarys DevExpress in my plugin, provided that the plugin will be commercial, but will be distributed without these third-party libraries?

i don't think you can legally use included in the 3DS Max DevExpress dlls to build your own commercial products. At least you can't be safe doing it.
