Detect when user: Reset\open file\close file.

Hi,

We are changing some of our workflow here at work, and we have decided to use some new settings.
What i need to do, is to detect when they Reset\open file\close file.

This is to "Auto inject" the new settings into all files they use..

Is this possible?
