Backburner 2018 Windows 10 Error-Socket operation

I keep getting a Backburner error, "Could not broadcast DISCOVER_SERVERS request on lo: A socket operation was attempted to an unreachable network"

I'm using backburner to set up a batch render farm on my own local machine. Can anyone help with this issue?

I did all steps from this thread and other.. same problem still occurs. Any other solution please?

My errors returned as well, I just gave up, it didn't effect production so
I moved on.
