3dsmax 2018 error

when I launch 3dsmax with Battle ground,

battle ground has been shut down and 3ds max tools became darker as like this pictures

I/m try to backup, but it failed. what can I do to fix this error?

What is Battle Ground? Is it a plug in or do you mean PUBG (Battlegrounds?) being open at the same time as Max is?

If its that Max and PUBG being open at the same time, it may be due to some global css settings for the user interface that is being used (possibly) by Maxs PySide implementation

Id start there and look for any connection. Its a display issue, so the UI is the best place to start

OR

As a quck fix, you could just revert to user interface command in customize.
