backburner 2017 adapter error & 3dsmax not responding

Hello.

I've got problem with Backburner & 3ds max on my render node.
Everything seems to be connected well. However when I setup a job and few minutes after the rendering starts I see error: "3ds max application has stopped working".
I'm also getting "3ds max adapter error" in server console.
I've tried to reset 3ds max UI by changing ENU folder name to "ENU_Old" and it didn't work.
I've also wanted to try to change backburner services to log on network account rather than system but there's a problem. I can't find backburner services under "services.msc"

Hi,

Which version of Max and backburner do you use ?

Are you running the backburner manager and/or server as services ?

If so, I would try to launch them as exe and not as services to see what's wrong. Also the manager and the server have a log that can be set to debug to see what it does and what are the errors, can you post these logs files from the server and manager ?

Also have you admin credentials on your machine ? You need this to use backburner as a service.

Regards,

Hi,

I'm using version 2017 (2017.2)

No, I'm running backburner manager, server, etc. by .exe file.
I have admin credentials on both machines.

It's probably some problem with maxadapter, but don't know what it is.

Logs in attachment.
