3DS Max Interactive: Enabling and Disabling Unit Mesh

Hi,
I was wondering if someone could provide guidance in terms of how to enable and disable mesh (preferably through flow).
I am working on an arch/struct walkthrough where on a click of a button the architectural units visibility is turned off and reveals the structural components underneath. Toggling visibility was easy enough but to disable the mesh from the actor (when visibility is false) and have it be re-enabled later (when visibility is true) has been proven to be troublesome.
Attached is what I've tried. Any help would be greatly appreciated
