3ds Max (2025) Application error

I downloaded the program for the first time as a student account and the first time I ran it, it gave me this error.

I tried removing ENU. I also tried changing the name of Plugins.

Note :

 I tried to download 3ds Max 2023 and 2024 and it gave me the same error.

 I use Autodesk programs such as Navisworks Autocad and Revit 2024.
