Surace from Meshes/Rhino Export

Hey there, 

I have a 2 questions. I've just imported Subd Geometry as a .dwg file from Rhino 7 to 3ds max and it does not seem that smooth how I want it to be, especially in corona. I tried exporting it by clicking pre-built 3ds Max export option in Rhino 7 and it came out like shown in the screenshot. 

So, the questions are:

1) How do I make surfaces from .dwg meshes or just ordinary meshes?

2) If you know better ways to export SubD geometry from Rhino to 3ds Max, please let me know.
