size problem

when i import my drawing from autocad to 3ds max drawing becomes huge in 3ds max. walls was 300mm thick but in 3ds max 300 mm looks so small

Try this:

What Units did you setup in 3DS Max. If it's already Millimeters, then after importing the AutoCAD Object, create a Cube that's 300mm and see if it's the same.

If the above suggestion has negative results, then when you import the AutoCAD file, in the import Dialog box, turn off RESCAL that's next to the INCOMING FILE UNITS.

The "Insertion scale" setting in AutoCAD has no impact on the scale of importing an AutoCAD drawing into 3ds Max.  It is referenced when another file is imported into AutoCAD.  

The important parameter for you is the System Unit Scale in 3ds Max (Customize  --> Unit Setup...).  Set that to millimeters and you should be all set.
