Reverse Extrude Problem

want to reverse extrude face

Hello All,  As you can see photo above I want to extrude face to back, but in this photo below side faces doesnt disappear

Then I decided to use move tool on face , i get it. But in this instance , i cant control axes properly as you can see photo below

When you do a negative extrusion like you are doing in the 2nd image, it is normal for the sides to be there.  You are extruding the polygon so Max is leaving the original Edges in place and making a copy of the edges to travel with the polygon negative extrusion.   If you do not want the sides just delete them after completing the extrusion.

Yes I have tried delete to,but it dont separate polygongs. It deletes whole face. 😞

Sorry, in the case you are showing you will not be able to delete just the portion of the sides that you want.  You need to target weld each of the original vertices to the new location of the extruded polygon.  This will remove just the portion of the sides that you want.
