Resize Tiny Loft Marker

Is it possible to resize (make larger) the PATH MARKER for a spline? I know it seems like a trivial issue, but sometimes it is difficult to see if the PATH is quite long, and the viewport is zoomed out. The little yellow "X" becomes almost impossible to see because it is so tiny. This is an issue when trying to build a LOFT having multiple different corss-sections.

I doubt that this is possible. You can go to Customize > Preferences > Gizmos and try something there (which I did and that didn't help change the size of the gizmo/marker).
