Render isnt the same as camera viewport

Hello, im quite new to modelling and i've stumbled upon an issue which I havent been able to solve.

Basically I modelled a basic barrel and textured it, it looks fine in the viewport (camera001) but when I render it it look different.

Any ideas about what might be causing this?

Thanks.

Your viewport will not show exactly what is to be rendered, but it can approximate it.  In your case, it looks like the viewport is using default shading to preview your barrel but your render is using a non-directional light source that is not allowing for any shading.  Some sort of directional light will give you highlights and shadows which will emphasize the shape of the barrel.
