Pivot is correct with Select and Move but not with Select and Rotate

I've placed the pivot at the end of the door which the Select and Move tool shows. And this is the result I'm looking for. However, when switching to the Select and Rotate tool the pivot ends up somewhere else. Maybe worth to mention, the door is a group.

Any idea why this is happening? 😐

That is not pivot, that is transform gizmo - placed at transform center.

F1 - check it in manual.

Yes, I know that it isn't the pivot. The pivot has already been set using the Affect Pivot Only.

@keith_brown

What I think @domo.spaji was trying to explain is that you have "Use Pivot Point Center" selected for the Move Transform Gizmo and "Use Selection Center" selected for the Rotate Gizmo, which is why you are seeing different locations for the the 2 different transform gizmos. Set them both to the same and the psotions should match for the different transform gizmos.

Ahaa! Yeeaah that's true! Have never come across this before and thus never reflected on its existence 😄

Thanks!
