Hello I can't put image in 3ds max

Watched on youtube but on my 3ds max 2018 happens like this

It looks like you are getting a picture in MAX. Do you not want it to tile?

Hi,

I'm assuming that your image doesn't have anu tiling and that you want the photo

Mapped with one repetition with no tiling.

1- make sure in the Bitmap rollout the U and V tiling are set to 1 each

2- Apply a UVW Map modifier on top of the plane, choosing a Mapping style,

Planar and Box will work

3- Click Fit

Important Note: When you create the plane make sure that its dimensions have the same aspect ratio

of the image, otherwise the texture will be distorted. So if the image's height is 1.5 its Width, your Plane's Length

Should be 1.5 its Width, etc,..
