Whenever I pan or zoom or tilt, the object in the scene first gets transparent, then pops up as their previous position then slowly fades into the current changed place. I have tried them with different files, scenes it happens like that everytime. Don't know what did I do wrong, it didn't happen before and it is like this for 3 days. And also I'm using 2019 version. Please help.
