Hello,
Since installing 3ds max on my brand new computer I'm having an issue with the scale factor when both importing and exporting an fbx file or any other files like you can see on the attachment, is there any way to fix it? I tryed to uninstall and install the software and even formated my pc...
Best Regards

Would it be possible for you to attach one of your FBX files that you've been importing?
I did a check of our defect database and didn't find anything related.
Also I've been trying to reproduce this myself for the last half hour, trying 3ds Max 2016 to 2019 and importing FBX files made from various programs like Fusion 360, Max, Maya. So far I always see the Scale Factor value. Wondering if it's potentially due to an FBX export from another software, something like a missing attribute.
